Tori’s Bio

Hi, I’m Victoria Hammock, but most people call me Tori. I work at a busy veterinary hospital, where I have the opportunity to care for animals of all shapes and sizes every day. My role is both challenging and rewarding. I’m currently studying to become a registered RVT, which requires a lot of dedication, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for animal welfare. I care deeply about animals and love making a difference in their lives, whether it’s helping a pet recover from surgery or simply offering a reassuring presence during a stressful visit.

When I’m not at work or studying, I love spending time outdoors. I enjoy hiking with my dog, exploring new trails and parks, and going horseback riding whenever I get the chance. I’m always eager to learn more about animal care, so I often read books and articles about veterinary medicine and animal behavior. I also value the time I get to spend with my family and friends, whether we’re having a game night or just catching up over coffee. In addition to my work and studies, I’m passionate about personal growth and adventure. My next goal is to get my A license in skydiving. Looking to the future, I hope to specialize in animal behavior or emergency care and continue expanding my skills to become a leader in the veterinary field. I’m always seeking new ways to challenge myself and make a positive impact, both in my career and within my community.

My Core Values

  1. Honesty: being true to oneself. Rigorous honesty, lies deep inside yourself, and if your not being honest your not living to your full potential
  2. Life is for living so live it: saying, “yes” will open doors. I used to be afraid to try new things, but the more I said “yes” the more I learned what life had to offer
  3. Humility: is not putting your self above or below anyone else. Growing up, I was always putting my self down. True humility is acceptance of one’s flaws and assets
  4. Love: love is a word with many meanings. But love for oneself is the only way of true acceptance
  5. Acceptance: when we have acceptance over the things we can’t control we can let go of what’s holding us back
  6. Responsibility: taking accountability of one’s actions. When we do that we can see our impact on situations
  7. Authenticity: being oneself. When we can truly, let ourselves shine we can truly love every version past and present
