I grew up snowboarding in Massachusetts and feel in love with the sport from the beginning. After growing up with little potential for more than a few days of riding, I wanted to experience bigger and better mountains. I got into the University of Vermont and was stoked to be able to ride the bigger mountains and spend more time outside in the mountains. This year I am planning to go up the Chic Chocs and ski for a longer trip. The Flyin’ Ryan Scholarship would greatly help offset some of the expense for this trip!
