The local Northface store is hosting an appearance by Conrad Anker, the preeminent North American Mountaineer and director of the Northface Global adventure team on Monday, October 15th  2012 at the Higher Ground in South Burlington, VT. Northface sponsors a series of explorer events and Burlington is fortunate to be included. The proceeds form this event will be directed to the Flyin Ryan Foundation and to the Catamount Trail organization.  It promises to be a very special occasion.
