Lila’s Bio
My name is Lila Lamphere and I have skied as much as I can since I was two years old. I started skiing shortly after learning how to walk and fell in love with the sport. I live in Jericho Vermont and have been skiing for Smugglers Notch Ski Club since I was 8 years old. I started off enjoying freeskiing the most, but then after taking a trip to Mount Bachelor I fell in love with going fast down groomed trails. I am now 14 and part of the U16 race team at Smugglers Notch, but still try to get away from the race trail to freeski as much as possible. I also love doing the friendly freeski competitions with my friends when I am not at races. When there is not enough snow to ski, I enjoy playing lacrosse, hockey, surfing, field hockey, and being on the water.
