Alex was awarded his scholarship back in 2014. Since we last connected with him, he has been traveling and exploring many parts of the world. He has learned to find a balance between work and passion after working many jobs and still maintaining his love for the sports he does.

“I’m based in Vermont these days but still getting out and exploring as time permits.  I spent 3 months in 2019 traveling.  Splitting my time between splitboarding in the NW and biking through the Andes in Colombia.  Heck of a trip.  I’m currently out in the north cascades with my split and the never-ending snow of January!”
