The Flyin Ryan Hawks Foundation has a longstanding relationship with the International Freeskiers and Snowboarders Association (IFSA). Our Decisions Program has been adapted for IFSA coaches and athletes, resulting in a powerful program that helps each individual develop their own core values that will guide them to healthy decisions both on and off the slopes. The IFSA Flyin Ryan Decisions Program is run by Bryan Salatino, who in addition to being the head freeski coach of the Smugglers Notch FreeSki Team is also a member of the Flyin Ryan Hawks Foundation board of directors.
Flyin Ryan will be awarding Core Values Awards to two athletes at each of the following IFSA competitions this winter. The award decision will be made by a committee composed of judges and coaches. The awards go to one female and one male athlete who embody sportsmanship, ambition and a life grounded in sense of their own Core Values.
