Charlotte, age 11 from Warren, VT handwrote her application, writing about her passion for skiing and the friendships she has made at Mad River Glen. “I really like to ski with brother and my friends at Mad River. My ski coaches really enjoy taking us on hard trails and new ones. I really enjoy that. Last year I went skiing with my cousin from Atlanta on Valentine ’s Day during the big storm. As we were getting on the chair lift they told me this was going to be fun and it was. They said they had the time of their lives, so did I. That’s why I ski!” The Flyin Ryan Foundation was able to support Charlotte and her family to allow Charlotte to join the Mad River Free Ski Team!
