Levi Friedman
Underhill, VT
Levi’s Bio
My name is Levi Friedman; I live in Underhill, Vermont and grew up skiing at Smugglers Notch Ski resort in Jeffersonville VT. I joined The Smuggler’s Notch Ski Club when I was eight and that is where I learned about The Flying Ryan Foundation and how important it is to have core values. I have also been homeschooled for the past four years, which allows me to ski six days a week: It’s awesome!
One of my favorite parts of skiing is competing at Freeride competitions in the East. In my opinion, having good sportsmanship and being a supportive
teammate is the most important part of competing. In 2023 I was fortunate enough to compete in the U12 North American Championship at Kicking
Horse Mountain Resort where I placed 6th.
When I’m not skiing you will find me biking, swimming, dirt biking, building trails and working towards my black belt in Taekwondo. One of my goals for 2024 is to go back to the Junior Freeride Championships (JFCs) in Breckenridge, Colorado this April.
